Perspectives subscribers. When you subscribe to receive notifications about new articles, we collect your email address.

Contact inquiries. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, company (if provided), email address, and the message you write.

How we use your information

Perspectives subscribers. Your email is used solely to notify you when a new article is published. Nothing else.

Contact inquiries. Your information is used to respond to your inquiry and, if appropriate, to follow up about a potential working relationship. We manage these contacts personally — no marketing automation, no bulk email lists.

Perspectives subscribers are processed on the basis of consent. Contact inquiries are processed on the basis of legitimate interests in responding to potential business relationships.

How we store your information

Perspectives subscribers. Email addresses are stored securely in our database. We use Resend, a trusted email delivery service, solely to send notification emails. Resend does not use your data for any other purpose.

Contact inquiries. Inquiry information is stored locally and managed manually. It is not entered into any third-party CRM or marketing platform. Your information is never shared, sold, or disclosed to outside parties.

Unsubscribing from Perspectives

Every notification email includes an unsubscribe link. Click it at any time to be removed immediately — no confirmation, no questions. You will not receive any further emails.

Data retention

Perspectives subscribers. Your email is retained for as long as you remain subscribed. Once you unsubscribe or request removal, it is deleted from our database.

Contact inquiries. Inquiry information is retained as long as it is reasonably relevant to the potential business relationship. You may request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, request a copy of it, or ask that we delete it. You also have the right to correct inaccurate data, restrict or object to how we process it, and receive a copy in a portable format. If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. Send any requests to [email protected] and we will respond promptly.
